I purchased a good online. It was supposed to be delivered to my apartment. There is a concierge on the door to receive deliveries. I receive a text notification that my purchase is at a Fed-ex pick up point. Strange that that the logistics firm was unable to deliver to the concierge. I understand the concierge may have been away on patrol. I wonder how much pressure the courier was to deliver other items rather than wait.
